Cozy Home In Quiet Neighborhood

Welcome to my lovely house in the quiet nook of West St. Paul in the Twin Cities. Nearby you'll find a quaint park, bike trails, and any type of fast food you could imagine on Robert St., just a stone's throw away. The house is 15 minutes from the airport, 10 from downtown St. Paul, and 20 to downtown Minneapolis. Take advantage of a nice outdoor patio area (with a grill!), the serenity of a suburban neighborhood, and the privacy of my 1946 home. The space Guests have access to a full kitchen, living room with TV (with Netflix), their bedroom and an outdoor patio. Guest access Guests will find the house has all the basics they need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully outfitted and the living room is cozy! Please note that that upstairs, basement, and another bedroom are locked off from guest use. Other things to note There is a camera in the kitchen when guests walk in, a smart light in the living that goes on at dusk and dawn and shuts off at 8am and 10pm, a smart thermostat that adjusts the conditioning at night when guests are sleeping. Certain parts of the house are blocked off via locks, or as noted. This is my primary residence and I rent it out when I am away :)
