Pedestrian and car access is from the San Juan de Plan road: between the road and the house there are 3 and 2 free public parking spaces, for cars and motorcycles. At the back of the building is the private paid parking for 6 bikes, with its workshop support, or for 6 motorcycles. The ground floor has the following common areas: hall, toilet, dining room for breakfast (only during breakfast hours) and a room with access to the terrace, which has a sink, microwave, kettle, dishes and kitchenware. It is an office rather than a kitchen, there are no pans or pots or fires for cooking. You can use it to make sandwiches or heat food. The covered terrace is 20 square meters and is equipped with tables and chairs. This recently renovated terrace has an insulated floor and parquet finish. It is fully glazed and can be heated, and can be used all year round; one of the common areas for the enjoyment of customers.
