The home and property was built for the purpose of vacationing. The house is around 5000 sqft along with 1200 sqft of covered porch, 800 sqft of pool deck and 1200 sqft of brick patio with hot tub. The pool is seasonal mid May through mid September and is heated. The Hot Tub is open year round. Feel free to bring your boat or jet skis. The space A great place to enjoy time together with your family or friends group any time of year. The home and property is great for having fun, but please be respectful of the neighborhood, property and respect it as if it was yours. There’s lots of space inside and outside to spread out and relax no matter what the weather is. Obviously summer time is the best if you enjoy boating or swimming but the off season also has its charms.
