Located on 7 acres of lush desert landscape on the edge of Saguaro National Park West, this classic mud adobe home embodies the true spirit of Tucson and the Southwest. Three distinct bedrooms sleep 6 and additional guests can be accommodated in the sunroom and living room on queen size sleeper sofas. Beautiful southwestern art and custom touches throughout make this ranch home a one of a kind treasure. The space Surrounded by pristine desert landscape and gorgeous views, this is the perfect spot for a special getaway where you will feel away from it all yet be close to great dining, shopping and entertainment options. This solar-passive home was lovingly designed and built by hand with endless custom touches. Each room is a beautiful blend of materials and design, featuring large rough-hewn beams, saguaro cactus ribs, cedar shakes, barn planks, stone, marble, brick, concrete and classic Mexican Saltillo tile. Guest access Guests have access to all living areas of the home as well as endless hiking and riding areas on, adjacent to and in close proximity to the ranch. Other things to note Please note that the ranch has one to two steps going into and out of almost every room in the house, which could be a challenge for guests with mobility issues Please note that we have been making some enhancements to the front courtyard and back landscaping plus a large patio expansion including an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. All of the major work is completed (photos coming soon) however there will be some finishing detail work taking place through Nov 2025 (outdoor kitchen and fireplace are built but not quite ready yet for use). Of course we will work hard to ensure minimal disruption to guests who chose to stay during this time.
