Also, we offer a free private garage parking (in the private garage below the building, onsite), free WIFI and a free air conditioning. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the whole space (the entire apartment). Other things to note The apartment is located on the third floor in the building with three floors in total. The apartment is situated only 20m from the tennis court and the 'Kvarner tennis club' (if you would like to use the tennis court, please note it's not free, you will have to pay a fee in order to use the court). From our beautiful balcony, you can enjoy the sea view of the Kvarner Bay and Opatija city, as well as Vela vrata and the island of Cres.
