Cozy and independent room with pool

We are very happy to host you in our little family cocoon, 2 steps from the Cours Foucault, on the Avenue leading to it, in this beautiful city of Montauban. We are lucky enough to have a swimming pool for you to enjoy, and a quiet garden on the other side of the house, for naps in the sun! It is possible to park your cars just in front of the house. The space Accessible by a completely independent entrance, this cozy room has been tastefully refurbished and offers 2 separate spaces: a dining/living area with 2 very comfortable armchairs, a mini-fridge, a coffee maker with capsules, a kettle with cups and tea bags and a microwave. Cutlery and plates are also at your disposal if necessary. On the bedroom side, a 160 x 200 cm bed with an ultra cozy mattress awaits you! Cozy but functional bathroom with walk-in shower and sink area. Separate and adjoining toilets complete the sleeping area. Blackout curtains will allow you to sleep peacefully at night and enjoy the brightness in the middle of the day. A small private terrace will allow you to enjoy your breakfast with a view of the pool and the 1500 m2 of garden. Come and enjoy!! We also offer a 4-person vacation rental, with its own private terrace and Jacuzzi. The pool will be shared, but without overlooking from one accommodation to the other. You have the option to rent all of our 2 properties to privatize this space for you! Please let us know if you need to rent both properties. Other things to note The children's cot is available at €5/night.
