It features a private beach offering access to a large shallow lake which has warm water fit for summer swimming for the young and "not so young" alike. Feel free to bring your summer or winter beach toys. Pushaw Lake is the perfect place for snow mobiles and ice skates, as well as jet skis, paddle boards, sail boards, kayaks, water skis, and both sailboats and motor boats. It is located just 1/2 mile from a launch and recovery ramp.. Great venue for a variety of occasions and celebrations. This property also offers a 2 bedroom cottage for rental. This lodge has 3 furnished bedrooms with 1 queen size bed down stairs, 1 queen size bed upstairs and 3 full size beds upstairs. All bedrooms have a lake view. There are 2 bathrooms with unlimited. Linens and towels are provided. There is a full wet bar that seats 6 people. The lodge has a large open kitchen and is generously ready for use (dishes, utensils, etc. and washer and dryer provided). The cozy living room is equipped with a propane fire place. All the sleeping areas are furnished with electric fireplaces. Also included is a 600 sq. ft. deck, a propane fire pit and what only nature can provide, a breathtaking view of Lake Pushaw! It is also a spectacular venue for celebrating special occasions or perhaps just a relaxing vacation spot. If you enjoy reading a good book this cozy dwelling provides a diverse selections of reading materials. For entertainment, drive into Bangor and enjoy the Hollywood Casino, Harness Track, Old Town Penobscot Indian Bingo and The Bangor Children's Discovery Museum. If you enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing, a walk in the woods, boating this is the place for you!!! It is an amazing find for a getaway spot with family or friends for a few days or as an extended rental for a vacation without all the expense of owning!
