This makes it an ideal place to stay and relax for couples or even a larger family, grandparents or children. The ground floor of the house has two bedrooms, a King-size-bed in the parents' bedroom and two single beds in the children's bedroom. On this level, the living room with American kitchen provides a pleasant living space for family and friends. In addition to the bathroom and the guest toilet, there is also a laundry room on this level for a comfortable holiday. You can reach the first floor via a separate staircase. There are also two bedrooms on this level, each with a double bed with cardo mattresses for a restful night's sleep. This level also has a small kitchen and a large south-facing terrace with parasol. In the 1100 m2 garden it is possible not only to park a car, but also to charge an electric car (normal charger, NO fast charging possible!). In the garden there is a 6x3 meter pool (130 cm deep) with sun loungers, barbecue and cooking facilities. The large grassy area also offers opportunities for those who want to go feathering or doing yoga. In the cool of the trees, you have an opportunity to relax and unwind.
