We have called it "The Piedmont Gate" because of the possibilities it offers in terms of access to transport services, which will take you to visit Turin and the surrounding areas, but also all of Piedmont. The space The apartment is inside a family property and is located on the first floor (no lift). Access to the structure is 24/365 also in self check-in, guaranteed by access systems with personal PIN code. Features: BEDROOMS One bedroom is equipped with a double bed with a memory foam mattress. The second has 2 single beds, also with memory mattresses. If necessary, with the addition of a topper they can be transformed into a double bed. One room has parquet flooring, a wardrobe and a desk to be able to work in total tranquility (WiFi available), the other has a marble floor and a spacious walk-in closet as well as a chest of drawers and bedside tables. BATH The bathroom offers a comfortable 1.80m tub and a spacious shower cubicle, all sanitary fixtures, a phone, personal towels and body products (shamo, soaps, headphones, cotton swabs, etc.). In the bathroom cabinet it is possible to host all your personal belongings. LIVING KITCHEN The "Veneta Cucine" brand kitchen is equipped with the latest generation appliances: fridge, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and all the necessary crockery. In the same room there is a table for 4 guests with chairs and a smart TV with FireTV. From this room it is possible to access the terrace TERRACE The terrace is a very spacious place adjacent to the kitchen. it has a size of 30m2, 50% covered by a wooden canopy and 50% used as a solarium with a wooden deck. There is a small bar counter and 2 stools for your aperitifs outdoors and a chain of lights for your summer evenings. It is possible to dine outside or organize a mini party, or sunbathe in total privacy (it is not visible from the street or from the adjacent houses) -- UNDER RENOVATION, IT WILL BE READY FOR SPRING 2023 -- ENTRANCE AND CLOSET The entrance allows access to each room and to the utility room, where there is a washer\dryer and a shelf where you will find a set of detergents, vacuum cleaners, brooms and everything you may need for longer stays. PARKING AREA The flat is adjacent to the interchange area with the subway. There are hundreds of free public car parks, a little busier during the day but lot of free slots in the evening. you will have no problems parking your vehicle. OTHER INFOS: Please note that for the home heating and cooling system, the operating temperatures will follow the current regulations indicated by national and/or city laws. Right now these are max 21°C inside for the winter season and max 28°C inside for the summer season.
