We chose our interior decorations to be modern, yet simple, to provide our guests exactly what they need for their stay. FAQ 1. Do you take long term guests? Yes we do! We have people staying from 3 weeks up to a year or longer. 2. What is the layout of this room? You have a private bedroom, private bathroom with full shower, and the common kitchen space is shared. This is a 2-bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment. 3. What is the size of this room? Its about 150 sf or so, the entire unit is about 300 sf 4. How many people do I share the kitchen with? There are at most 1 other guest (or a couple) in the other bedroom. 5. Are there any other charges for utilities etc? Utilities, internet, cable are all included in the price 6. Is there laundry on site? Yes, there are coin-op washer and dryer downstairs in the building. 7. What is the building nearby? We are a 5 minute drive from Danbury Hospital, and within walking distance from C-town supermarket. PET POLICY: We LOVE dogs and all animals and recognize their importance to our families. That being said, the property cannot accommodate any pets at this time. PLEASE NOTE: There is ongoing construction at the property as the building owners are adding additional units. The work is expected to continue through September. Construction activity will take place between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and there may be some noise during those times. There will be no work overnight. We always aim to be transparent so there are no surprises. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
