Guest access The 4-acre property is fully fenced with private gate access. You will receive a welcome email 48 hours prior to check-in with gate and door codes. Other things to note Upon booking, we will send you a full e-sign rental agreement, which must be completed within 24 hours along with a photo ID of the primary renter. All guests staying on the property must be listed along with their ages. For security purposes, there are several outdoor cameras on the property covering the gate, front entry, back doors, pool area, and garage. There are no cameras inside the home, and all outdoor cameras are positioned to protect guest privacy.
