Capri condo complex is truly the place to be in Traverse City. Walk to all the downtown shops, theaters, restaurants and Clinch Park beach on West Grand Traverse Bay. Whether this a romantic getaway or a family vacation, our condo is ideally located for visiting all that Traverse City and Northern Michigan have to offer. In between the Leelanau and Old Mission Peninsula wine trails and a 40 minute drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes, you could ask for a better home base. The space The whole condo is yours for your stay. A keypad give you access to the building as well as another keypad for entry into the condo. The space is private, yet in the middle of Traverse City. The condo is on the lower level with 9 steps down to the unit. Parking Instructions Parking at condo has limited free spots, if full please use public parking deck on the west side of condo buildings. FREE overnight parking on ground level of parking deck. Enter around from the west side of structure behind Bradys Bar. FREE overnight parking from 6pm-8am and all day Sunday. Paid parking in structure; enter off 8th Street, is $20 max per 24 hour period or $1.25/hour. Exit lanes accept only credit cards, but cash accepted in NE Lake Avenue tower pay device. Guest access Guests can utilize all spaces within condo. Door within bathroom is to the furnace room and we recommend all guest not use this space for safety reasons. Other things to note Only 9 steps down from main entrance to enter unit 004. Limited free parking at condo, with paid parking deck immediately next to condo for easy usage.
