Balcony Paradise @ Ocean Place~pool closure notice

POOL CLOSURE FROM MARCH 16 - MAY18TH. Please be aware that both pools will be closed during these dates. There will be construction on buildings 1 and 2 but there will be no construction on our building 3 where Ocean Place 86 is located. Building 2 (which is next to building 3 will be under construction through May 18th. We have discounted the rental rates during this period since you will not have access to a pool and the nearby buildings will be under construction. The space Thank for your interest in vacationing in our 3 bedroom/3bath ‘oceanfront condo’ located in the Ocean Place Resort located next to the Ritz-Carlton in Amelia Island, Florida. This unit is located on the 4th floor of building #3 in Ocean Place Resort. This condo is one of Amelia Island's & Summer Beach's OCEANFRONT luxury condos available for rent. It is in the GATED OCEAN PLACE RESORT CONDOS. Our spacious (1800 sq. feet) 4th floor condo is decorated and flows just like a home ~ to ensure that you feel comfortable during your vacation, and at the same time get that ‘I’m in a luxurious resort’ feeling! The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, large bathroom with double vanities and it’s own access to the balcony. One of the secondary bedrooms offers a queen-sized bed and its own bathroom. The third bedroom offers 2 twin beds. Our condo sits in the north corner of Ocean Place Building 3, so it is filled with amazing ocean views: from the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the breakfast area, as well as the master bedroom. Our over-sized balcony overlooks Amelia Islands gorgeous beach and ocean views in both the south and north directions. We offer T.V.'s in each bedroom and the living room. Our condo includes comfortable towels and our sheets are high quality, so you will rest easy! The kitchen is fully stocked with any of your cooking needs and is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, a normal drip coffee pot, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. We can add a Porta-Crib and high-chair ~ upon request. We try our best to keep beach chairs & umbrellas, small beach toys and other ‘beachy/pooly’ fun items in our condo’s storage closet for you to enjoy! As our guest you can take advantage of the restaurants, shopping or spa at the Ritz Carlton. I’m happy to be directly available for any and all needs you have during your stay. My goal is to provide quick-action and attention to you ~ so our cleaners, ‘handy’ mans, and other contractors are readily available, as they live nearby in case you need them.
