This condo comes with one master bedroom (queen) , a set of bunk beds & a queen pull out couch to comfortably fit 4 adults & 2 Children (MAX) There are flat screen TVs in the living room, bed room & even in the bottom bunk bed! Kid friendly but great for couples & small groups of friends. We hope you enjoy! Guest can use all spaces of the condo. They also have access to the beach, pool and laundry facility. Linen service is not provided, please contact Sweet Dreams Linen Service in Hollyridge, NC if you require linens or any additional rental products Pool season Mid April till October 31st Guest can use all parts of the home. There is a all-in-one washer/dryer combo, however, it is not great for large loads. There is a coin laundry facility on site if needed. We are always available to guest via phone. If any issues arise maintenance will be promptly called. Surf Condo is a great local Surf City community, with its U Shape format every condo has a view of the Ocean. We are steps away from the beach along with a great zero entry pool! Guests can bring up to two vehicles onto the property. The condo is approx. 1.5 miles from downtown area where there are restaurants, shops, ice cream etc. Walking to this area can be done via the beach or on the street via sidewalks. Our unit is a Pet Free environment, our son has allergies animals, therefore we do not allow them on our property, even service animals. If any owners linens are used, please wash/dry and return them to their location prior to departure.
