The main sunny living space is all open concept with lots of windows overlooking the new south facing salt water heated pool and canal. The back yard is fenced in. The canal does not have a fence around it. Two ocean kayaks available for use in the canal. If bring a boat or renting a boat and you would like to leave in canal you can tie up to dock it will fit up to a 23ft boat. Boat lift used by the owner so you will need to leave boat in the water. Jet skis are also owners as well. Quick boat ride/bike to many restaurants and beaches. Beach access is walking distance less than 5 minutes, free to use beach.
