A multi-million dollar overhaul has transformed Spring Lake to a choice destination with award-winning restaurants, roof top and tiki bars and unique shopping. Enjoy the farmer's market, splash park, or the neighborhood beach for a relaxing afternoon. Take the bicycle path to a nearby park or into Grand Haven. There you can walk the 1.5 mile boardwalk enjoying ice cream; shopping at the numerous boutiques & antique stops, or enjoying a beach day at the beautiful sandy shores of Lake Michigan. The home is located on a double lot with a fenced in back yard. It is very private and quiet. The backyard is set up with a large firepit surrounded by beach sand and ample seating for dining or just hanging out after a day at the beach. Guests will have private access to the main and upper levels of the home. Guests will not have access to the basement. The garage will be available only for beach toys and beach chairs. Guests will have access to the large, fenced-in, private back yard. The back yard is comfortable with a gas grill and ample dining space and fire pit. I will be available if needed by phone or email. Historic Strawberry Pointe is such a charming and cozy neighborhood. Being secluded by the water, away from traffic, is the best way to enjoy a vacation. We are within walking distance to three public lake access points and the Lakeside Beach in Spring Lake. Grand Haven's beautiful beaches are just a 10 minute drive, or take the scenic bike path. Near the bike path; Harbor Transit service available. Grand Haven State Park is a quick four mile drive, or a short scenic bike ride on the bike path, that extends all the way into Grand Haven and beyond.
