Lovely Spacious Lodging

WE'VE REVAMPED OUR SPACE! Roomy basement of family home with 1 OR 2 bedrooms. PRIVATE ENTRY INTO WALK-OUT BASEMENT LIVING FROM OUTDOOR STAIRS! We are now socially distanced and the only shared space with the owners is the laundry/kitchenette area used on a limited basis. Arrive to find a single-family home surrounded by mountain views perfect to accommodate one person, a family, friends, or a couple. The space One OR two roomy bedrooms with queen beds and full bathroom. Family/ tv room with table and chairs, and a laundry/kitchenette. The kitchenette has a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils. Guests 1 and 2 share a single bedroom, if 3+ guests, both rooms open for use. The family room couch is available for sleeping if there is a 5th guest with group. We occasionally have had cats and dogs as guests too. If wanting 2 separate beds for 2 people, please reserve for 3. Guest access Access to the walkout basement. When arriving, please park on the street in front of the house. We will assist you with off-street parking after you check-in. Please use the stairs between the house and garage and ENTER TO THE LEFT into the basement of the main house, NOT THE GARAGE BASEMENT which is a private residence. During your stay We have been following social distance guidelines, so we are available for any needs. Other things to note There is parking space for one vehicle. Please inform us if there will be more than one vehicle. We need to allow for plowing of streets so may have you move your vehicle.
