This classic center chimney cape, sitting on 12 acres, has been fully and lovingly restored, preserving the best of the old with state of the art all new heating and AC, along with a custom kitchen and 1.5 baths. The property also has a new deep artesian well. The 2 bedrooms feature comfortable, new beds with quality bedding and linens. The space This newly renovated home built in 1794 has much of the original restored interior intact. Kitchen features granite countertops and custom maple cabinets. Access to upstairs bedrooms is by a steep stairway (10 steps.) This house is not suitable for children (due to the many antiques) or those who have difficulty climbing stairs. Beautiful backyard with fire pit and gas grill. Please note, the interior fireplaces may not be used by renters (prohibited by insurance company.) Property has high speed fiber optic internet.
