Guest access Guests rental area is the second and third floors of the house. Entrance is on the front porch on the 2nd floor of the home. The basement is a separate unit that may have visiting host family in summer or the hosts themselves in the winter. The upper and lower sections of the house would have separate entrances and are private of each other.
