The space This space features a fully furnished room on a waterfront property located in downtown Algonquin. A short walk brings you to restaurants and entertainment. Most of our guests are visiting family or friends, in town for short work assignments, or use our place to "work remotely". As hosts, we take great pride in assuring you'll have a clean and comfortable stay. If you need us, we're there for you. But If you don't need us, we will not be bothering you either. Algonquin is a centralized location 10 minutes away from Barrington, i-90, Huntley, Crystal Lake, Cary, or Fox River Grove. You'll be close to wherever you need to be. Guest access We have 2 full kitchens in the building for cooking and a laundry room for your convenience. You'll also be able to relax on a 3rd story deck overlooking the river valley, or sit by the rivers edge, or relax at our garden patio. During your stay We are on call 24/7 for your needs, but we will not be bothering you. We pride ourselves on hospitality, so please let us know if you have any needs. Other things to note Know before you book: Shared Bathrooms & Kitchens - The bathroom and kitchen for this space are shared by other guests. One Parking Space available - Our parking is tight. If you have a large truck there may not be space for you. If you need additional parking, please make a request before booking. Extra guests - This space is for 3 guests only, including children. If you had additional needs, please make the request before booking. Unauthorized guests my result in a $100 fee per head per night. Stairs - We have stairs coming down from our parking lot, if you cannot do stairs, please do not book. It's important for us that you enjoy your stay. Being aware of the items above will avoid surprises and assure the space meets your needs. River road is great for cycling and we're close to the Prairie Path (Bicycle path) Our hotel is bicycle friendly so bring your bike to ride along the river.
