La Preferita apartment with a sea view

La Preferita is an apartment that was completely renovated in May 2023 and can accommodate up to 4 people. We are located only 250 meters from the driveway that leads to the free and paid Beach of Cala Paradiso. You can walk to the beach. You don't need to take the car. For the kids, there is a small pine forest on the street next to the apartment with some free games for the children. The bell to play is by Simone Francesco on the 2nd floor. The space The apartment is located in an elegant 3-story building. La Preferita is on the 2nd floor. Guest access The apartment is exclusive, the only thing in common is the first armored door that you will have to open will give you access to an entrance with two other doors, the armored door on the right is La Preferita. Other things to note At check-in, you must pay the accommodation tax of €2.00 per person per night. for all nights of the stay from the age of 12 years old. At check-in, we will provide a short-term tourist lease contract to be signed, as required by current legislation for short-term non-business tourist leases. Before arrival, to speed up check-in operations, we require photos or PDFs of the passports (the two open pages) of all the members of the stay, or the front and back identity cards.
