Twin room with views & private toilet Nozawa Onsen

Nozawa Peaks is a Japanese style lodge in Nozawa Onsen with comfortable futon beds. located just five minutes walk to the ski lifts and two minutes walk to the local hot spring. Everything in the village is within easy walking distance along a flat, heated street. This room has a private toilet/vanity, along with a fantastic mountain views. Showers are shared with guests from other rooms. The space Private twin with private toilet/vanity in a Japanese style tatami room which sleeps up to 2 guests. There is a communal lounge area and kitchen to relax and cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. Guest access Guests can access the lounge, kitchen, ski locker / drying room for skis, snowboards and gear. There are two separate showers which are shared with guests from other rooms. Each shower room has two shower heads inside, allowing families or couples to shower at the same time in each shower room. In total, four guests can shower at the same time (2 guests in one shower room, 2 guests in the other shower room). The doors can be locked so guests can also shower alone if they prefer. There is a changing room inside each shower room. Please note, as we have 12 guest rooms, there could be a wait to use the showers, although this has not been a problem in the past. Many guests prefer to bath at the fantastic public hot spring (Onsen), located two minutes walk from Nozawa Peaks. This bath house is traditional wooden style, hot and relaxing. Take our complimentary onsen kit including soap and shampoo to wash before relaxing in the tub. All 13 public onsens open from 6am - midnight and are free of charge. Other things to note Please be aware this is a traditional Japanese style accomodation, so shared facilities such as showers are used. There is no modern soundproofing which is why a 10pm quiet time rule exists. This is a heavy snow area and it does get very cold. Nearest onsen is 2 minutes walking. Ski lift is 5 minutes walking. Ski rental shop is 4 minutes walking. Nearest restaurant is 1 minute walking. Nearest cafe (breakfast) is 10 minute walking. Centre of the village is 10 minutes walking.
