The space This quaint lake front home is located just north of Sydenham on Deline Lake. The lake is populated with minimal properties, allowing for the most scenic views. Guests can enjoy the views of this private lake from upper and lower patios. The kitchen: It's fully equipped with all of your kitchen necessities. The patio: It's equipped with a small traeger smoker, BBQ, lounging chairs and patio table with chairs and umbrella. Sleeping, what's included: Master bedroom with walk in closet, queen bed. With a patio door leading out to the top deck. There is an extra portable bed on site that sleeps an additional 2 people. Downstairs has second bedroom, laundry/living room (with smart TV) and a walkout sliding door to a patio. Summer time: Terrific waterfront, great for swimming, and screened in dining tent overlooking the lake. You will also have full private access to the dock, kayak and 1 canoe. And a row boat. Some life jackets and firewood for camp fire included. Winter: Lake for ice fishing, skating, tobogganing. Guest access There is parking available for two vehicles at no extra charge.
