Other things to note For the comfort of our guests, the price quoted includes Air Conditioning, wifi, streaming services (Netflix), private pool, BBQ and private parking as well as extra towels and bed linen. Cleaning is carried out upon arrivals and departures. To register each reservation, as required by tax law, guests will be asked for an identification document (passport number for foreigners or VAT number (for residents)) upon arrival. Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time. Quiet hours are 15:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 - 07:00 Guests are expected to respect the property and behave in a way that does not cause undue disturbance to neighbors. Parties, events and pets are not allowed. Guests are kindly requested to avoid the simultaneous operation of all electrical appliances during their stay in order to avoid overloading the electrical network, to use the BBQ with caution (especially when it is windy to avoid fire) and when they are outside the house to close the electrical appliances (air conditioners, water heater, washing machine, etc.) and the gates. Upon departure, guests are asked to keep the home tidy and clean.
