The apartment is in a quiet area of the city, surrounded by pine trees and very close to the center, the station and the beach (all within 500 meters). The space The 'Pino Marittimo' occupies the ground floor of a small villa built in the early 1950s. Renovation work has just been carried out that has recovered the external appearance and brought modernizations to the interiors. The antique furniture has been restored and completed with new elements (wooden floors, curtains, wallpaper, beds and wardrobes). The technical systems are completely new. The property, equipped with wi-fi, consists of two double bedrooms, one of which is a double, a bathroom and a kitchen. Outside there is a large garden where you can simply be outdoors to sunbathe or cool off. Guest access The apartment spaces are separate from the host's residence and have their own access. The two bedrooms have a shared bathroom, with a shower, and a full kitchen equipped with dishes, cutlery and pots. Other things to note To safely welcome guests, and to ensure they have a pleasant stay, cleaning before check-in and after check-out will be carried out with bleach and, where this is not possible, with disinfectant products. During the stay, we will provide guests with all the cleaning tools, as, to protect the health of the guests and ours, we have preferred to choose not to carry out daily cleaning, but to entrust it to those who occupy the house. We have decided that the B&B will remain closed for three days between stays, in order to properly clean and disinfect the B&B.
