Other things to note - PETS: Pets are allowed for a pet fee of $100/pet per stay. - DOCK & LIFT: Guests will not be permitted to use the boat lift, however, the dock is available to moor your boat if needed. The dock can accommodate up to a 20 foot boat - SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property and will result in a $500 fine - EXTERIOR CAMERAS - there are 2 exterior security cameras located at the home.
