The space 🏡 Loft House Rozewie – an intimate seaside getaway Loft House Rozewie is a year-round, intimate property located in a quiet part of Rozewie, close to the sea and coastal walking routes. This is the perfect place for those who value comfort, privacy and the peaceful atmosphere of the Baltic Sea. The property comprises four independent apartments within a single building. Each apartment is designed for a maximum of 5 people and has a separate entrance directly from the garden, ensuring comfort and privacy during your stay. 🛋️ Apartment interior: On the ground floor, there is a living area with a sofa bed, a TV and a dining table. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchenette (induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and a set of crockery and cookware). Upstairs, there is an open-plan, four-person bedroom with comfortable beds, a wardrobe and a workspace. Each apartment also has a private bathroom with a shower, towels and a hairdryer. 🌿 Property grounds: Available to guests: Garden hot tub (shared) Wood-fired Finnish sauna Garden with a relaxation area (sun loungers, hammocks) A playground and trampoline for children are also available for guests. Barbecue at each apartment fenced area dedicated, free parking space 🌊 Location: The beach is about 800 metres away – a quiet woodland path leads to it. Nearby, you will find the Rozewie lighthouse, as well as numerous walking and cycling routes. Guest access In front of each apartment, there is a set of garden furniture and a barbecue. On the premises - playground, garden hot tub with hydromassage, and sauna. Spa area (hot tub, sauna); services available at an additional charge at the accommodation facility 1-hour session in a garden hot tub - PLN 100 1-hour session in a Finnish sauna - PLN 100 Other things to note A refundable deposit of PLN 500 is collected at check-in. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure, provided there is no damage and the property's house rules and the rules for using the SPA area have been observed. In the event of a breach, the deposit is non-refundable. Included in the price of your stay is 1 hour of use of the garden hot tub each day and 1 hour of use of the sauna each day. We accept dogs and cats up to 15 kg – a one-off fee of PLN 100 applies. The climate charge is PLN 3.40 per person per night. All additional charges are payable at check-in.
