The Space: BEDROOMS - All set on the first floor of the house, there are 2 bedrooms at this property that guests have access to. - With a sophisticated arrangement of charming & comfortable wooden furniture that will just put you at ease. - Each of these bedrooms is equipped with a heater and AC & decked with a king-sized bed, extra mattresses, wardrobes, TV hangers and a separate seating area for guests to enjoy a nice cup of tea with a view. - The rooms open up to a spacious balcony that is surrounded by valleys & verdency. - All of the rooms are equipped with spacious and luxe ensuite bathrooms. BATHROOMS - There are 2 attached bathrooms at the property. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - Looking straight out of a magazine lookbook, Stonehill Manor is enchanting, in & out. - Built by the woods, it is decked with a serene aura and surrounded with greenery all around. - As you walk through the facade, you will be welcomed by the quiet & cosy living room brimming with comfortable furniture. - The living room offers comfortable seating space for 10 people and is equipped with a heater, AC and Wi-Fi access. - Keep the conversation going as you head into the dining area that seats up to 6 people. - One of the finest joys to enjoy at this property would definitely be the spacious, deck area. - The greenery is a soothing experience in itself, with sounds of exotic birds and mist forming in the early morning and late evening hours; perfect for peaceful meditation or a fun filled barbecue session with your loved ones! KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - Cook/Chef Available. - Enjoy a customised selection of freshly prepared vegetarian and non-vegetarian local specialities. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire first floor except 1 of the bedrooms. Guests do not have access to the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available till 10 PM. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION There is no staff accommodation at the property. However, a stay for personal staff members can be arranged near the property, at an extra cost. ACTIVITIES Wake up to the first rays of the rising sun that are greeted with the melodious songs of the beautiful Black Bird as you look deeper into the enchanting views that captivate your imagination. The tall deodar trees forever competing for sunlight reach up higher and higher into the skies providing a sanctuary to a cheerful troop of black languor swinging around from branch to branch, providing a feast to the eyes. The privileged location means that hiking and biking trails start right on your doorstep. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - There are a total of 3 bedrooms out of which guests will have access to only 2 bedrooms and the common areas. - The villa is two storeys high and the property is located on the first floor. There is also a reception area that is shared with the staff members. - Guests do not have access to 1 bedroom on the first floor and the kitchen. The guests do not have access to the ground floor of the villa. - There is a common parking for both the floors. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can provide backup for 19-20 hrs. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.  - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.  - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
