Ductless HVAC system provides heat and air conditioning to the main room and to each bedroom that is controlled individually. Streaming TV and wireless internet provided. Enjoy watching a pair of ospreys dive and catch fish, geese swimming with their goslings, or the occasional raft or boat on the river. Go outside and spend your time in the yard at the picnic table or go fishing from the river bank in your backyard! Peaceful property is located at end of private drive, yet minutes from Grants Pass, hospital, restaurants and supermarket. The apartment is located on the downstream side of the main house, and is separated from the main house by a laundry room. Both the main house and the apartment have an access to the laundry room. This year we have had families that worked from the house using our wifi for videoconferences with no complaints. Lately we have had inquiries whether the wifi would support multiple simultaneous videoconferences, and so have upgraded the service to our house from 100 MB/s to 400 MB/s and installed an ac1750 router, so that all of the rooms, the deck and the covered patio support videoconferencing.
