Located in scenic Barryville NY over looking the Delaware river. Stay with us and enjoy a resort style stay. Huge swimming pool just steps away from your door featuring surround sound audio and night lights in the water. On site we also have "The Carriage House" which is a European-American restaurant offering lunch and dinner. Grab some friends and family and take a beautiful trip down the Delaware river whether it be rafting kayaking or tubing, with "Reber River Trips" also on site. The space Each room is offering two queen beds with a private bathroom with bathtub. We do not offer a full kitchen but each room is equiped with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Guest access Guests are permitted to access their entire room, the pool area and any of our barbeque areas. We have barbeque areas up next to the pool as well as behind The Carriage House right next to the river.
