One one side of the breezeway guests will find two downstairs bedrooms with king size beds and adjoining bathrooms which include large walk in showers. Also downstairs is a cozy bunk room with two full & two twin beds. Upstairs is a spacious rec room featuring an air hockey table. Upstairs also offers two bedrooms with king size beds and two bathrooms with tub/shower combos. On the other side of the breezeway guests will enjoy an open concept - spacious living area including a half bath and roomy kitchen. The laundry room (which includes two stackable washers/dryers) is found just off the kitchen. Generous decks featured on two levels allow breathtaking views - below the cabin (ground level) offers benches, bar height picnic tables & a swing. just outside the doors on the main level, surrounding two sides of the cabin, there are bar height bar stools and rocking chairs. The refreshing Caddo River is just steps away where guests can enjoy swimming, floating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, sunbathing, and making lifelong memories of all kinds!
