Our brand new renovated 1BR condo is located in a famous Highlands' neighborhood. Conveniently located about 5-8 minutes from Churchill Downs, KFC Yum Center, Cardinal Stadium, Convention Centre, Center for the Art, Downtown Distilleries, Paristown, Nulu and Germantown area, 12 minutes from Airport. Walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, shops, and parks. The space This is an ultimate 900 sq f open ceiling style of condo with beautiful private balcony attached to the bedroom on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to enjoy a meal at home, coffee and bottled water are provided for our guests. The bathroom provides fresh towels, shapes, body wash, blow dryers, etc. We do our best to accommodate all requests for early/late check-in and check-out time. Please contact us a day prior to discuss based on the availability. There is no cost to this service. Guest access Keyless entry. Free assigned parking. The code will be sent to you via email. Check-in time 3 p.m., check-out time 11 a.m. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 4 ADULTS. NO PARTY or GATHERINGS ALLOWED (immediate termination of the contract from Airbnb). This property has a strict policy against a noice between 10p.m and 8 a.m. Other things to note The condo is cleaned and fully sanitized after every visit. All of our staff members follow CDC guidelines, wear mask, gloves, and sanitize hands when entering and exiting a property.
