Our house sits on a 1 acre property on the Intracoastal waterway with its own boat dock and boat lift. There are water views from 2 of the 3 bedrooms as well as the kitchen/ living room. We have a large screened in porch that overlooks the water . It is very peaceful sitting there watching the boats go by or watching a Dolphin pair. The space House is peacefully located on 1 acre, super private because of the mature trees. The house has plenty of space inside and out and includes a carport area, beach volleyball court and private dock perfect for fishing Guest access The dock is only shared with one other house. The beach volleyball area in the backyard is private to use for you only Other things to note We have 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom plus 2 hallway beds which can also sleep adults but better suited for teens or children.
