Les Marronniers pool/hot tub 4 pers

You will stay at our cottage Les Bruyères , which is our second home on our Les Marronniers estate. It is between two other independent homes. This cottage is fully set up for a holiday life for families or groups of friends. You will have access to the pool from 9am to 7pm and the spa from 10am to 7pm (open at certain times). Spa by reservation. You will share the garden and pool with other guests and ourselves. The space On the ground floor you will find a living room open to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A shower room, and separate toilet. The rooms are under roofs with roof windows and blackout blinds. We don't have baby equipment, so remember to bring your own. Guest access You will have free access to the garden at the front of the properties (the back part is private for personal use). The pool is unheated and treated with salt, it is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. from May 15 to September 15. The jacuzzi from April 1 to October 31 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. by reservation for a one-hour session (prohibited for children under 16, 6 people maximum). All exteriors are shared with other guests and ourselves. A laundry room with a washing machine is available from 4 nights only. Other things to note This is a quiet and relaxing place, which is why we do not accept events or parties. (no parties, no excessive music) If, however, you wish to visit us for a special event, explain the reason for your stay to us in order to better organize the rental and to explain the property's house rules to you so that there are no surprises. We offer to serve you breakfast in the form of a gourmet basket at your accommodation. Just ask us when you book. Breakfast price of €10 for adults and €8 for children up to 12 years old to be paid before arrival.
