Arroyo Grande Tree House

Our home is unique and fun with a warm and relaxing feel. This truly one of a kind custom in every way home was rebuilt and designed by ourselves over these past several years and now we wish to share it with you. Lounge in the backyard overlooking the Arroyo Grande creek or melt in the massage chair while watching a good movie in the loft. Our home is within walking distance to the charming AG village. Superb restaurants, antique shops and other shopping. Come and enjoy! The space Our house is really different! From our "piece de resistance" of the main level, a 3ft diameter Monterey Pine centered around the custom wrought iron railings in vineyard fashion to the stone cantilevered shower in the master bath. The new fully appointed kitchen has everything the cook would desire and the loft with many a soft place to land. There is plenty of room for your personal items from closets to dressers and each room offers privacy with, large beds, cordless pull down shades, comforters and fluffy pillows. The rear patio has padded furniture, a barbecue, and extra patio chairs for extra guests. The master suite has its own table and chairs for a private setting above the back yard. The driveway is long and concrete for ample off street parking, can fit any pickup or toy trailer. We also ask that if you are wanting to bring a service dog or emotional support pet that you please let us know. Guest access The entire property is available with exception to the garages and the small building at the end of the driveway. Inside of the house the hall closet, the Murphy bedroom closet and one master bedroom closet are locked to store supplies etc. All other areas are available for you to unpack, hide those suitcases and begin your holiday! Other things to note We charge the 14% Occupancy Tax required of the City of Arroyo Grande for all Hotel, Vacation Rentals and Bed and Breakfast operations. You will receive a notice through the Resolution Center after your reservation is confirmed. This is in ADDITION to "taxes or fees" that Airbnb state are covered. We charge only what we have to pay the City. Security Deposit: $1,000.00 Cleaning Fee: $150.00 Additional Guests: $25.00 each after 6 guests. We do live on the creek, critters are known to live in a creek!
