Private basement w/bedroom/bath/living: Springboro

Hello and welcome to our home! My husband Travis, myself, and our dogs Penny and Bandit all live in this home permanently. We have both received both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. You will have the entire basement to yourself/selves! You would share a kitchen, laundry room and yard with us and our pups. Feel free to use whatever you’d like. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. The space Your private space is equipped with a bedroom, closet, bathroom, living room and office. The TV has Amazon FireStick and the home has WiFi. This will be your own space all to yourself. Guest access If we are not home to greet you we will provide you with a key in a lockbox on the front door. We also have an ADT security system and will provide you with a guest access code if needed. Feel free to park on the street in front of the house. If we are not home during your stay you may park in the driveway. During your stay We are free to be as available or as distant as you need or like. We do live in the home, so we may have some interaction. Other things to note Again, we do have dogs. They are very friendly and will never be allowed into your space unless you would like them to be. We will keep them with us and they will be locked in our bedroom at night should you need to get up.
