Located in Charlotte's popular NoDa district, just steps away from the Sugar Creek Light Rail Stop! House is walkable to many bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. If you don't want to walk you can take the Light Rail directly to 36th Street (Heart of NoDa), Uptown (center city), Southend, University, or other population destinations on the stop. Plaza Midwood, Camp North End, and Southpark are all just quick car, Uber, or Lyft ride away. Located 20 minutes from Charlotte Airport. The space House has been newly renovated and decorated to make you feel right at home. Butcher Block countertops, fun accents wall, Subway tile bathroom surround and backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. House features a corner desk for at-home work convenience. House has great wifi-internet and we have a small monitor, keyboard, and mouse for your laptop to connect to (laptop must have HDMI and USB Ports). Our home features two queen-sized beds in separate bedrooms. We allow up to 5 guests to stay in our home, but the 5th guest would be a couch surfer. We have a full-sized couch with extra blankets, but the couch does not pull out. Backyard features a cute, small patio with a table, umbrella, and chairs. Firepit (firewood provided) and solar string lights. The backyard is fully fenced! Cornhole boards are also provided for extra fun! Our backyard is fairly close to the local trains, but we are in a quiet zone so when trains go by they should not be using their horns. We also provide earplugs and a sound machine if needed, but the train noise is not bad inside the home and only runs on a limited schedule. The House is also located in the city of Charlotte! It's located close to 85 so cars and trucks drive around the location. There is a car bridge close to the house. It's also walkable to many bars and restaurants and super close to public transportation, meaning outdoor noise of cars, trucks, and people is to be expected. There is one closest with hangers available for guests, the other closest is used as our storage. We also provide luggage racks for your convenience. House is Pet Friendly! Please use the provided crate and dog bed as needed. NOTE** Please use the crate when you leave if your dog may chew on furniture, baseboards, or any other items in the home. We have pets and treat them like family, but please be respectful of our home. Guest access Entire home, including fenced in back yard.
