Made of two identical houses next to each other, our villa has 2 private swimming pools, 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, and 4 balconies in total. The villa can accommodate at least 16 guests. Electricity and water charges are included in the price (does not apply to monthly stays). We offer free cleaning, free change of towels, free drinking water every day, free change of bed linen every 3 days and free fruit/Coca-Cola at your check-in. The space Located in the heart of the Pattaya city, the villa has 550 sqm of interior, 1350 sqm of total space with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, one huge open living room and a kitchen creating an amazing experience and atmosphere for guests. The villa complex has a 24-hour security service at the main gate. You can park your two cars in the private garage or in the villa complex (public parking space) for free. Our villa has a private entrance. We have one swimming pool in the front garden which is open all year round. We decorated the interior of the villa with beautiful lighting so you can enjoy your time sitting in the living room watching your favorite movie. We have a barbecue grill outside on the patio. All barbecue essentials are provided for free. The last floor has a large bedroom with a large bathroom and it comes with a bathtub. All bedrooms have TVs installed. Our villa also welcomes guests who are confident in their singing skills. The large Smart TV in the living room is equipped with KTV and a powerful speaker for karaoke entertainment. Guests of our luxury villa can surf the internet with fast private WIFI. The villa features modern lighting (both inside and outside the villa) and a large kitchen with all utensils, including toaster and coffee maker, stove, microwave and kettle. We have separate air conditioning throughout the villa in each room. Electricity and water fee is included in the price (not valid for monthly stays). We provide free cleaning, free change of towels, free drinking water every day, free change of beddings each 3 days, and free fruits/Coca-Cola serving on your check-in day. All local amenities are within easy reach. Our triplex villa is an ideal base for vacationers who want to enjoy Pattaya and have pool, birthday or barbecue parties in privacy day and night. Guest access You have full access to all parts of the villa. Other things to note We can provide a translator, housekeeper, cook and driver if you need. Our driver and/or housekeeper can help you with your daily grocery shopping or other daily errands. We have a medium-size barbecue grill in the patio. We provide all barbecue essentials for free. If you need, our staff can do the grill and serve you food and drinks. Every day we provide you with disposable slippers, shower and hand towels (1 set per person), shower gel, shampoo, bathrobe, toothbrush and toothpaste, razor, toilet paper and other basic bathroom utensils. Two washing machines are available free of charge during your stay. Our villa is located in the middle of the city center, but on a private and safe area away from the noise. It is not located beside a road nor a construction site, so the guests will not be bothered by these noises. The villa is a 5-minute drive from the 'Foodmart' supermarket, which sells food, vegetables, fruits, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The villa is an 8-minute drive from the famous Jomtien beach. The villa is 10-15 minutes drive from the famous red light district of Pattaya city, the "Walking Street". The villa is 10 minutes drive away from the Jomtien bus station. The area is a popular place for foreigners so you will find different dining options including Western, Chinese and Thai food. It is 15-20 minutes by car from 'Central Festival', one of the best shopping malls in Pattaya. It is 10-12 minutes by car from Bali Hai Pier, which is used to pass to Ko Lan island, which is one of the touristic areas preferred by the guests coming to Pattaya. The 'Lotus' and 'Makro' huge supermarkets, where you can find everything you need is 10 to 15 minutes away by car. Also, the city's most famous night market, 'Thepprasit Night Market', is a 10-minute drive away from the villa. You can easily call a taxi or a motorbike from the villa. Our villa is an ideal base for vacationers who want to enjoy Pattaya and have pool, birthday or barbecue parties in privacy day and night. The villa is an hour and a half drive from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, two hours drive from Bangkok Don Mueang Airport, and 45 minutes from Pattaya Airport (U-Tapao–Rayong Airport). If you need, we can arrange you an airport transfer. We will ask 10.000 baht as deposit for stays shorter than 8 days, 20.000 baht for stays between 8 to 21 days. 30.000 baht for stays between 21 to 31 days. We will refund this amount back to you if the house is intact when you check out.
