Casa Alpaca

Casa Alpaca is the ideal getaway for anyone who needs a break from the daily grind of city life. The beautiful property backs up to the Cibolo Creek! More importantly, our alpacas will be your neighbors on the other side of the fence. If you are interested in feeding or meeting them, be sure to let us know so we can pencil you into their busy grazing schedule (ha, ha) during your stay. Casa Alpaca is your place to unwind, reconnect, get inspired or be a little adventurous. The space Casa Alpaca is a fenced in guest house located on our 4-acre property which we fondly call Maldonadoville. Guests have 1400 sq ft of living space at Casa Alpaca: 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living and dining rooms, a full kitchen, dedicated workspace with a desk and a sofa bed, game area with a foosball table and other amenities such as high-speed internet, flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and living room, central A/C and heat, washer-dryer with supplies, water softener and access to Netflix and Roku channels. Guest access The private yard provides lots of room for some outdoor grilling while playing horseshoe with your family, a relaxing nap on the hammock or a nice romantic dinner under the grapevine patio. The property will allow guests private access to the Cibolo Creek! Bring your fishing rods or just enjoy wading in the shallow (do bring your water shoes/boots). Please note, there will be no lifeguard on duty. Other things to note For long term stays on dates beyond the months shown, please send us a private message to check availability. Aside from the alpacas, you might meet our dog, chickens and peafowls who also live on the property. But no worries, they are all friendly. Guests may encounter bugs and wildlife such as scorpions, wasps, spiders, bees, turtles, snakes, deer, owl, wild turkey, possums, wild rabbits, armadillos and coyotes. This is why we ask that minors be accompanied at all times while accessing the amenities.
