It took 5 difficult years restoring our home. It has remained in my family for over 100 years. The back part of the home has its own entrance. It’s a large apartment connected to the main house. It is fully furnished and has all appliances needed to stay comfortably. The cleaning fee includes: using disinfectant cleaners on all surfaces, floors are mopped each time (again with high grade disinfectant), bed linens and towels are replaced after each guest, to ensure extra safety and cleanliness. The space As you walk into the back apartment you will enter the kitchen area. The kitchen cabinets are stocked with plates, bowls, cups, silverware, and other necessary items to eat comfortably at home. There is also a keurig coffee maker, pots and pans for your convenience. The kitchen is open and connected to a smaller living room. The bathroom has been remodeled for your comfort. There’s a large tub to soak in. The bedroom is quite large. I have added a queen bed and a full sized futon. There is a 40 inch flatscreen TV. I have added Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Vudu and Disney+ accounts, so you can enjoy watching movies and television shows. Please, do not purchase any videos. If you choose to make purchases, you will be asked to pay for what you’ve purchased. The front of the house has its own entrance and is listed separately. If you want to book the entire house (front/back), please, contact me for additional details. Please, respectively consider this before booking. The house is the surrounded by many established businesses. It’s in a very convenient and safe location. Please, respect our home and other possible guests. We require a deposit upfront for Airbnb guest profiles with no reviews, low reviews and new accounts. Depending on the circumstances your deposit will be between $250-$500. Thanks kindly We sadly had to take time away from accepting reservations due to the tragic loss of our son, recently. It was very difficult for us to finish remodeling, considering all the emotions we were and still continue to experience daily. If you are in the medical field, please, be aware that FAKE NAILS and bad hand hygiene, DO CAUSE PREVENTABLE INFECTIONS, and those Infections KILL INNOCENT PEOPLE. In our case our newborn son! Those fake nails carry deadly bacteria that can lead to SEPSIS! We watched our son suffer for 6 unbearable weeks. His skin rotted off (turning necrotic) where he was scratched by a staff member wearing FAKE NAILS. His kidneys shutdown. He was repeatedly handled by highly trained staff who FAILED TO WASH OR SANITIZE THEIR HANDS, they seldom wore gloves! I reported these issues everyday! The hospital broke safety protocols and guidelines. This could have been prevented! I want others to become aware that this is a SERIOUS PROBLEM in healthcare now! Protect your loved ones! Guest access You will be able to access the back rental, that is listed in the property description. The front of the home is listed separately. If you have a larger group and need additional space, please, contact me about renting the entire home (front & back rental). Other things to note A small, well behaved/potty trained pet, is allowed to stay in this home for an additional pet fee of $50. You will need to verify your pet is fully vaccinated and on flea/tick prevention. All pets require my prior approval. Please, be kind and me tell me in advance. If your pet damages the property, you will be required to pay additional fees. I will need to know the size of your pet. Large animals are not allowed. Again, extra cleaning is required if you bring a pet. Some renters may have allergies. Please, respect our home and our neighbors.
