La Chua - Sweetwater Branch Inn

This is a new Florida Cottage located on the south side of the Sweetwater property. This modern, pet-friendly cottage with a king-size bed, shower and bathtub combo, also features a full kitchen. The La Chua kitchen includes a microwave, full refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, oven with a stove top, coffee maker and dishwasher! The La Chau kitchen also has a table and chairs that overlooks the front yard. An extra room is located at the back of this cottage complete with a reading chair and a wall of windows so you can relax and unwind in this beautiful sun room! The La Chua Cottage has central A/C and heating with a private thermostat, free Wi-Fi, and one reserved parking space right next to the cottage. The space Located 5 blocks away from downtown Gainesville, the Sweetwater Branch Inn is a unique staple in town. Comprised of two historical Victorian houses, a courtyard, well-maintained gardens, and a salt water pool with Jacuzzi, the space truly feels like an oasis. Guest access You can access the room you are staying plus the dining areas, living room, and patio located in the main house. You can also access the courtyard areas, McKenzie Gardens, small putting green, and our salt water pool with hot tub.
