Please be respectful and smoke only off-property. Pet Policy – Welcoming Your Furry Friends! We are delighted to host both you and your beloved pet! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, we do require a fully refundable $200 pet deposit after booking. This deposit is handled directly between you and the owner and serves as a security measure to cover any potential pet-related damages. If you’re not comfortable with this requirement, we completely understand, but unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to accommodate your pet. Pet Guidelines: • One pet per booking – please do not book with multiple pets. • Weight limit: 25 lbs or under – If your pet exceeds this limit, we are happy to discuss exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please message us prior to booking. • Leash requirement – For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets must be leashed while on the property. • Crate requirement – All pets must be crated when left alone in the space. We have an extra-large crate available if needed—just let us know in advance. Important Notice: Bringing a pet that is not listed on the reservation or not approved in advance will result in the immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. We absolutely love hosting both humans and their furry companions! However, communication and respect are essential so we can properly prepare the property before and after your stay. Other things to note This property is a 2/2 main house and private studio in the back. Both book separately. The area between the two homes may potentially be shared. This would include the hot tub, and grill area. It is very rare to share the space but I wanted to inform you that this might be a possibility. Our cameras are situated exclusively in exterior areas, covering the driveway, front door, side gate entrance, and the entirety of the backyard, including the grill area and hot tub. We assure you that your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to respecting it fully.
