Private Walk-out Basement Apartment in Lovely Area

This is a beautiful, fully equipped basement apt. The kitchen and LR are open and spacious. A sliding glass door bathes the room in light and walks out to the golf course. There is a fully stocked kitchen, two bedrooms and a remodeled bathroom that includes a washer and dryer. There is PLENTY of HOT WATER because there are 2 water heaters in the house. (A previous guest had commented that there wasn’t hot water. An adjustment needed to be made on the new faucet which was taken care of. ) The space The apartment is self contained- you'll find everything you need here. One bedroom has a king sized bed, while the other has a full sized bed. The kitchen and living room are in the same open space. The living room has a comfortable couch, and a Smart TV so you can access streaming services. Be sure to bring your own account information! Other things to note Guests can park in the driveway on the far right side or on the street in front of the house and will walk off the driveway to the right side of the house on grass and a path by the house to the apartment. Guests enter sliding glass doors in the back of the house. The lockbox is in the back yard, right under the light.
