Hodgepodge Peaceful Lodge/Forest Room

The Hodgepodge Peaceful Lodge is a folk-art version of a boutique hotel where you can enjoy an entire luxury house for the price of a room. This is not the usual "room in a house"! All the shared spaces are dedicated to our guest only! We offer deep discounts for multi-month stays, especially November through May. Also check out our Owl and Roomabaga Rooms. Sorry, but we cannot accomodate children between the ages of 12 months and 12 years! The space The entire first floor of our house is dedicated to our guests. You can lounge and read in the library, hang out in the media room, relax in the solarium or eat and drink in the cafe. We have three outdoor patio areas with beautiful views of our unique neighbors and the San Juan Mountains. There is a washing machine and dryer on the lower floor. The double kitchen has everything you might need, or so we've been told. Guest access We are wheelchair accessible. We are pet friendly. We have ample parking, and we have additional parking for one trailer and one RV. During your stay Two hosts live on site. We usually greet guests in person, but self-check-in is also available.
