The condo is within walking distance of Shands Hospital, the University of Florida, Vet School, and the VA Hospital. Groceries and laundry are less than a mile away from the condo. We respond quickly via text or phone. We also have a handyman on call in case anything comes up. This is a very quiet, safe neighborhood located near Shands Hospital and the VA. Other residents are professionals and locals. You won't be disturbed by any loud music. The bus stop is just steps out the door on 16th Avenue. Also, Uber and Lyft are readily available. The UF Hospitals and Campus are easy walking distance. Gator fans can also walk or take the bus to football games and other events.
