Beautiful 4 seasons waterfront cottage on Gooderham Lake. Whether you're planning a fishing trip, getaway with friends and family or boating/snowmobiling this cottage has all the luxuries you will need to feel right at home. Property is close to boat launch so bring the toys. Property provides kayaks, canoes, Wifi, firepit, and more. 2 minutes from small town with LCBO, Gas, and a convenience store. Shallow water entrance for little ones and 4 feet off dock. Minimum 29 night stay. The space Newly furnished space with everything guests will need. If there is anything specific guests are looking for, please feel free to reach out. Linens can be provided for an additional $250. Included in the $250 is pillow cases, bed sheets and blankets / duvets, guests are still required to bring bathing towels or beach towels. .Bookings that require linens must be booked at a minimum of 1 week in advance. Guest access There is enough parking for a total of 8 cars. 6 can park on the driveway and 2 on the backyard ramp area. If additional parking is needed, street parking is available at no extra cost. You can walk to the closest town or drive for 2 minutes. The area has off road trails and great fishing. Other things to note If you are looking for anything in particular, please feel free to ask. I try to accommodate my guest wants and needs to the best of my abilities. All garbage must be put in clear bags as the dump will not accept any other type of bag. As required by AirBnB the cameras are located at the front door, side of the house ,garage door and rear garage entrance.
