With its shuttered windows, whitewashed walls, terracotta tiled roof, fruit orchard, BBQ and secure parking. Villa Lemonia is a great place to relax , enjoy the pool and soak up the sun. It's a quiet residential area so not a place for loud music or parties. This listing is for the ground floor villa apartment. The space The private ground floor apartment is entered through an electric security gate and across the private parking area. Entrance to the property is via the patio which has a table and chairs. through it's own entrance You walk in to an open area with a dining table and chairs, a sofa and TV. The fully fitted kitchen also forms part of this area. The bathroom and two bedrooms are off to the left of this area. The front bedroom is the double with shutters opening to the patio. The rear bedroom is the twin. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the pool and garden during your stay. You are welcome to use the barbecue area. Sat under the carob tree, with the lights on in the evening. It's like your own private taverna. We also offer private, secure, private parking if you are hiring a car.
