Urinating on the mattress. Damaging items inside or outside the unit intentionally, due to negligence or carelessness. Stealing, vandalizing, or intentionally damaging items inside the house. A police report will be made immediately if items are found missing based on the ID copy provided during booking. *Forfeit RM100 Security Deposit* Damage or loss of gate and sliding door keys. Failing to return the keys to the provided box. Leaving the unit excessively dirty or messy. An unreasonable state will incur a RM100 cleaning fee. If the unit is left in good condition, no cleaning fee will be charged. Period blood/semen/stains that cannot be removed after our team cleans the sheets. Please use a mattress protector if you face any of these issues. Leaving vomit without cleaning it before checkout. *Deduct RM70 from Security Deposit* Not turning off the air conditioner in the bedroom when leaving the house. Leaving the kitchen messy with unwashed dishes. Moving furniture without returning it to its original position. Loss of blankets, pillows, mattresses, etc. Each item is RM70. *Forfeit Accommodation Fee, Security Deposit, and Reservation* Cohabiting with a non-mahram partner or engaging in immoral activities. Gambling, dealing in illegal goods, or engaging in illegal activities. Bringing pets or any kind of animals. Drinking alcohol or any intoxicating beverages. Bringing food containing pork. Providing false ID copies or if the booking is received from another party without prior notification to us. Complaints from neighbors due to your behavior. Avoid making noise late at night. Hosting any events or inviting other guests into the unit without permission
