Close to major shopping centers, only 5 miles from Fremont St and about 20 miles from Red Rock. Great for business remote work with Cox wifi internet speed up to 250 mbps download speed and 1.25 TB data plan, public workstation in living room with printer. Can hardwire into modem with Ethernet cable in living room at desk. The space This house is unique due to being one of the few 4 bedroom 1 story pool houses in North Las Vegas while also being only a 10-15 minute drive from Fremont street and the strip, very close to the bus stops, and only a mile walk from major shopping centers. Food delivery and Uber/Lyft transportation is readily available. No garage parking but there is one driveway spot to the far right (the far right RV parking spot in front of far right gate) and plenty of street parking out front. This is a NO SMOKING property. There is no smoking of any kind including marijuana allowed on the premises, either inside or outside of the house. No smoking outside on the back, side, or front patios or anywhere on the inside or outside premises. My Airbnb policy is if you smoke of any kind anywhere on the premises and violate this no smoking on property policy, you agree to leave and your reservation will be canceled with no refund. You have shared access to all common areas including kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, business executive print center, backyard patio and pool. During your stay I enjoy getting to know and interacting with guests. I don’t usually live on site (I have stayed in 4th bedroom before when it isn’t rented though) and my main home is in California. However, I make frequent trips to Vegas several times a month and check up on the property and meet new guests then.
