Forget your worries with these spacious and peaceful interiors. Domki u Joanny are two holiday homes, open all year round. The houses can be rented separately or together, which gives the opportunity to rest next to each other for a group of up to 23 people. The houses are opposite each other, on separate, fenced plots. A 5-person rowing boat is also available. The distance to the lake is about 250m, and to the forest it is about 300m. There is WI-FI in the cottages. We accept pets. The space The cottages are located in the buffer zone of the Iława Lake District Landscape Park and the Dylewskie Hills on Lake Motława Wielka. The area is rich in forest bike paths and hiking trails. The houses are located a few steps from an old deciduous forest. In summer, the forest provides shelter from the heat and in autumn it encourages mushroom pickers to search. Unique attractions in the area: • Fishing (you can buy a fishing permit on the GRYB Iława website, • Cycling expeditions among the forests and fields of the Oberland, • Mushroom picking, • Swimming in the lakes of the Iława Lake District (Motława Wielka, Jeziorak, Witoszewskie Lake, etc.), • Walking in the surrounding forests, • Trips to Malbork, Iława, Gdańsk, Elbląg, Pasłęk, Morąg, Zalew, Olsztyn, Olsztynek, Frombork, etc.), • Visiting the Teutonic Knights' castle in Przezmark (be sure to see the episode "Buy the castle" with Mrs. Jolanta and Ryszard von Pilachowski in the lead role), • Boat trip on the waters and grass (!) The Elbląg Canal with a 19th-century ramp system – a unique monument of technology on a global scale, • Graduation towers in Miłomłyn, • Paintball in Jakubów, • The Vistula Lagoon and many, many more. Guest access A charming wooden year-round house, which includes: • Three bedrooms (the first – 3 double beds, the second – 2 double beds, the third - 1 double bed, 1 single, there is a possibility of an extra bed), • A living room with a fireplace, a kitchenette and a dining room, • A bathroom with a shower, • A toilet with a sink. • The cottage can accommodate a maximum of 13 people. • It is equipped with: • Refrigerator, • Dishwasher, • An electric stove with an oven, • Two TVs with terrestrial television, • Microwave, • A coffee machine, • Washing machine, • Wi-Fi. Outside, there is a large covered terrace with a brick barbecue and a large table and chairs, a stork's nest swing. The area around the cottage is fenced with an area of 800 m2. In the garden there is a playground with a slide, a swing and a sandpit, and a hammock. For cloudy days, we have prepared foosball, a sauna, a hot tub with a jacuzzi, a small library, and several board games for our guests. In addition, we have several attractions that are additionally paid: • Firewood (PLN 50.00 – wheelbarrow), • Sauna (1kW – PLN 10.00. Heating the sauna uses 10 kW) • Hot tub with hydromassage, price per day PLN 200.00, (minimum two days) Other things to note The location of the property is Przezmark (postal code 82-450), which is located in the Pomeranian Voivodeship (please note this when using navigation). In Przezmark there are two grocery stores, a grill bar and a restaurant at the "OSTOJA" inn, where tasty homemade meals and venison dishes are served. You can also order breakfast there.
